FAQ’s

Shipping time:

Each order is custom made, hand built to order.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.  In many cases, we get the product out much sooner.  If you need the product sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping cost:

Shipping cost is built in, the price you see is the price you pay!

Damaged:

Should the post office play soccer with your package and damage your items, send us photos of the damaged items as well as the damaged box (for postal insurance purposes) and we will gladly re-make your item free of charge, all you pay is shipping!

Gift order or ship to another address:

Yes, we can and often do mail packages as gifts to other addresses.  This option is available on the order screen at checkout.

Holiday orders:

To ensure timely Christmas Holiday delivery, please order by December 10.  After December 10, please contact us first to find out if delivery by Christmas is possible.  Local Phoenix customers may have longer to order as products can be hand delivered.

Custom Orders:

YES!  We can make your idea’s and concept’s come to life!  Have a specialty specimen show plant that needs something very specific? We can do that!  We can accommodate pieces up to a maximum size of 24″x36″x36″ in a variety of earthy surfaces with or without glaze.  Email us with the planting depth, width and shape and ideas for the planter you want.

Becoming a retailer:

We welcome retailers!!  Email us with your shop information and we will gladly send you a wholesale pricelist.
